The Intro Thread

Since I'm the first (and as of writing this, ONLY) user on this forum, I'll start, though my more professional, serious introduction is in 'Moderator Introductions.' You know where to find it. Anyway, this is just an example, and I'll leave the blank template at the end. By-the-by, you don't have to limit yourself to just gothic and metal stuff in your favorite genres and bands, but I personally did.

Name: You can call me Gingiva, Dhampirica, or Cafardette. Whichever you prefer. I go by lots of names.
Favorite genres: Death rock; thrash metal; (atmospheric) black metal; gothic rock; darkwave; industrial metal; ethereal wave; post-punk. In no specific order.
Favorite bands: Mayhem; Megadeth; Slayer; Type O Negative; Darkthrone; Burzum; The Cure; Mephisto Walz; Strawberry Switchblade; Depeche Mode; Siouxsie and The Banshees; The Damned; Rammstein; KMFDM. The ones I'm really interested in are Mayhem, Burzum, and Megadeth, though, so those are the ones I have all the trivial knowledge on. I'm sort of getting more into Slayer and Type O Negative.
Hobbies: I like to draw, write, and come up with songs, though I'm not very good at any. It's just fun. I've got my own band but we haven't put anything out yet. Maybe I'll announce it when we do! I also enjoy reading, mostly grimoires and biographies about the music I like (can you tell I'm autistic? I can). I'm not very skilled in any one instrument, but every now and then I play guitar or bass. I like to sing but you'll never hear it. I also collect funny t-shirts, and I like to dig through old groupie forums to get all the WEIRD gossip about rockstars.
Interests: My special interests are The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Ramones, Genesis (but only with Peter Gabriel!) and Mayhem, so I have a freakish amount of knowledge on them. My OTHER special interests are the occult and mysticism, theology, physiology, and true crime. My regular interests are philosophy, art history, entomology, marine biology and old-internet type stuff, which is part of the reason I made this forum! I'm fascinated by superstitions, old wives' tales, and stuff like that.
Other stuff I like: Neon Genesis Evangelion; POSTAL; Disgaea; Fear & Hunger; Homestuck; Tokimeki Memorial; Lucky Star; Rance; visual novels; otome games; yaoi and yuri; weird, old, artsy/surrealist films; anime and manga; sitcoms; vampire-y, gothic stuff (Transylvania and all that); flowers; mega-old computers; cemeteries.
Extra details about me: I'm a Gnostic Christian, so regular Christians, Pagans, and Satanists all hate me just about equally. I'm gonna make it big in a metal band one day, but then I'm gonna give up on all that, and run away to get my college degree in marine biology so I can live with the dolphins.
